Slight undertone of praise when people work crazy hours to get a job done. While praising dedication is great, should be careful as other can feel it is expected.

Healthy work culture, good work/life balance. Coworkers had lives they enjoyed outside of work and were on top of finishing everything in a correct timely fashion to avoid unnecessary long days/nights. Well-rounded knowledgeable teammates made the work more enjoyable and encouraged the desire to up-skill beyond needing it to stay employed. Upper management is proactive about internal employees leveling up. Lots of free useful internal ways to learn more about other skills. The opposite of a hostile work environment where you might consider avoiding coworkers when off the clock. Benefits package is good too. More vacation time than comparable roles at other companies.
