Stable company, pros of typical heavy corporate firm = stable position, half-year round financial benefits (up to 1 month salary), large system of employee non-financial benefits etc.. Very well known and stable technology company - own internet and free-to-air broadcasting infrastructure, own data center...

Cons of typical heavy corporate = it takes long to buy/solve simple stuff - too many people in bureaucracy rounds. Acquire a new approach or innovative steps clashes with traditional old way of doing things.
