Great contact with many lawyers (must reach out yourself, no one will come to you). Many other young, recent grad paralegals. Can form many close bonds. Company culture is what you make of it.

The director can be hostile and his opinion on you can affect your reviews/bonuses at the end. He either likes you or he doesn't.
