HR. No progression, especially when you do a good job as they don't want you to move on. Getting over worked and underpaid. No acknowledgement for extra work done. Doing multiple peoples jobs and not even getting a thanks. Don't have a family or get sick as both these things are very much looked down on. 'You're family comes first?' 'Yes!?' 'I think our priorities are not aligned on this matter.' That is an aactual quote I got from a manager after having to take an emergency day off due to child being in hospital all night.
