Since it is a small company it is easy to connect several times with good people. There are plenty of cool human beings working for the company.

- The CEO looks like a nice guy. But he only talks and talks and does not want to grow the company.
- The Head of some technological areas are really Head of Nothing
- Lack of proper engineering practices
- There is a PM who thinks he is awesome but he is really bad at what he does and likes getting you into meetings constantly because that is kinda a method to measure progress
- When you leave the company, the lady who play being nice, but is really a back-stabber, makes you sing a document basically cutting your freedom of speech so you must not talk negatively about the company
