As per CEO hardworking is working like a beast for full 24 hours and replying to emails at 2 AM is hardwork. Toxic culture that favours office politics and backstabbing over merit and contribution. Leadership expects professionalism from employees but fails to provide a professional environment. Reflects a typical outdated mindset, hierarchy and favoritism matter more than skill or effort.
