Salary - even though they pressured us to take some of it or reinvest it in LINK. HR Dept. leaders - true professionals that are very kind and take quick action when given even small feedback.

Svantaggi

-CEO/C-suite and VP were very inexperienced, childish/ignorant, and used slurs regularly on calls. -Head of Departments were not well vetted in the 7 interview process. They struggled to show BASIC department vocabulary, skills and knowledge of an area they led causing micromanagement, constant hiring of additional contractors, and wild turnover. -PTO not respected, even when communicated clearly and any items properly transitioned before PTO -Company vision is a frat house and zero professional behavior and company culture. Any steps toward a polished brand and class were denied.
