Sometimes can micro managed by upper staff

Do not work here if you are a person of colour. This place accepts racism. So many staff are openly racist and nothing gets done about it. HR completely ignores this. I’ve seen so many staff come and go over staff bullying people out. There’s always lack of staffing because of this and it’s completely ignored. Staff make work their whole life bringing in their outside drama into work to start problems. No one takes responsibility for what they have done they just point fingers.
