Technology is as good as other factories.

Svantaggi

US vs. Them mentality culture. Not a good team environment. Upper management does not listen. Company does not honor yearly hire date (Means nothing to them). No yearly evaluation process or program in place, not even a cost of living raise of any kind for salary employees. So whether you walk on water or perform average, you are paid the same. If you are fired, they do not honor earned vacation days in severance. In fact there is no severance pay.
