Appalling Hypocrisy and Incompetence - Recensione dipendente - Teacher presso Challenger School

Administration is atrocious. Unhelpful feedback and lack of coherent policy. One administrator will give guidance only for the other to reprimand you for enforcing that expectation. Instructions to follow only the Challenger curriculum and expectations only to then say not here/not like that/not yet. Children are not held accountable, bad behavior is met with a “do you know what you did wrong? Great. Don’t do that anymore” and then sent back to class.
