Pay was lower than other companies

They hire people without experience so it allows you to get your foot in the door and get some experience before you leave for a better company. Some of the posts are decent.

When I first started working here, the supervisor was fantastic. He quit and they had to hire/promote like 5 people to replace him. These people had no training on how to manage or supervise. They were mostly awful to deal with except one of them was decent. It's hard to get raises because you're always maxed out. I left when I had an immediate family member pass away and the supervisors were reluctant to relieve me from my shift, I had to threaten to walk off and didn't care if I was fired. Then I requested off for a memorial service for the same person and was refused because there wasn't coverage even though I asked several months in advance. They don't care about their employees at all.
