Local Divisions have a strong bond

Management micro-manages every aspect while telling you to "run your business". Culture is absolutely terrible, but they preach they are trying to do better. No accountability for anyone outside the local divisions. Underpaid for the role and highly under appreciated. No consistency from leadership. Promotes individuals with no experience to make decisions and add work for roles that are already overworked. Promised annual raises and have never got one. Hold bonuses because of others failures, as well as constantly dangles bonuses and your job over your head.
