Poor Values - Recensione dipendente - In Office Staff presso Chanel

Terrible management, staff has often more experience and knowledge than the management itself. H.R always takes the management side and is not pro employees. Chanel has poor values that borderline’s discrimination and outright racism. Communication is non existent, employees operate in the dark with low feedback from management and get surprised by bad news or get fired without warning or bizarre explanations. Commentaries/Recommendations from employees are not well met even though they are “encouraged”. People tend to act very cold and judgemental. A-lot of the departments are more like startups which can be fun however in this case it’s mostly chaos, confusion, stress and miscommunication. Even the management seems overwhelmed.
