Confused - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Changing Lives

I could write a very long list here but after 11 months away from this employer I'm both very happy to not be employed by them and now in a better place to give this review. The rota is not workable it's alternate weekends, it's lates and earlies, it's 7 in a row 2 off 3 on 7 on. No training and high expectations for a minimum wage role is a joke. But it's the reality. A huge turnover of staff is not the fault of the staff but clearly of the management and company structure. 20 years I have worked in this field but they let me go due to my not meeting their standards of paperwork and support. My colleagues were confused and so was I. When I started 4 people left this should of been a warning sign. After I left others left also.
