- CEO and President employ a cult-like mentality. So much so that the CEO has joked about her birth chart saying she was born to be a cult leader. Cult-like tendencies include (but are not limited to) zero accountability from leaders in the company, enabling abuse within company, and trying to discredit employees who criticize the workplace by labeling them as "burnt out." - CEO and President are performative activists. They like to perform wokeness rather than actually taking action to reduce/eliminate harm in their company. For example, they like to *show* that they care about diversity, but disabled employees are gaslit, manipulated, and bullied into feeling worthless. In addition, therapy-speak is often used to gaslight employees. For example, any employee who speaks up about internal issues is told that they are "just burnt out." The President will repeatedly say that "communication is care" and then refuse to clearly communicate with employees who annoy her, and has accused employees of gaslighting her (bear in mind, she holds ALL the power in her relationship with her employees). - CEO and President enable bullying. They were made aware of personal harassment occurring within the company (with receipts provided) multiple times, and chose to victim-blame. They enabled power harassment and personal harassment to the extreme,
