Vantaggi
-The glassdoor reviews and rebuttals are a pure, unobstructed view into working at this little shop of horrors -The back and forth of he said, she said is exactly the atmosphere to expect at this sinking s.s. -You get to see the value of your college degree when the CEO proclaims he is a college dropout and then you understand college isnt about what you learn but about respect, cooperation and working through problems with factual info and not opinions -If you stay longer than 12 months you are pretty much guaranteed a promotion; just agree with everything and blame someone else for your shortcomings and your title will inflate ie nepotism -If you are a certain descent you can pretty much getaway with anything...ANYTHING -Kiss up to the CEO and you get lavish dinners, late nights out, massages, etc....there is nothing altruistic about the ceo or this company-all is quid pro quo
Svantaggi
-Outdated, antiquated technology, no case studies, reports are based on questionable metrics putting the whole industry on display bc of fly-by-night companies like this -Pretty much everything and yes that is the truth and not an exaggeration -Nothing but lies but thankfully if you keep recordings of your phone calls, emails and text messages you will survive the smoke in mirrors and deal with frivolous accusations of all sorts -Lack of leadership will make your head spin! 4 bosses in 4 months all of whom the CEO praised and then murkied up all on his own which is crass on his behalf but what do you expect from a rich kid who never had to get a degree or work for a deal himself but used all of his family connections and now friends to get deals (that's what happens when you work with a billion in population) -The people who stay here and identify themselves as veterans are because they can't go work anywhere else due to the reputation this company and the former dba Yellow Thunder Media; this company has been in business for 6+ years not since 2014 -People will pretend to be your friend/mentor but they really want your vote on their side; it's a callous environment to say the least -Constant turnover, terrible reputation in every city they sell in -You should not know more than senior management; how can a manager lead you if they have zero experience in the industry and you know more than they do? It would be equivalent to an incoming intern training a senior manager-that just is nuts!
