The CEO has been in the space for a long time and can provide a wealth of knowledge. He is very familiar with the both startup space, fund raising, sales and online video world. The CEO is very proactive to help employees ramp up and become experts in their field. From my time there many of the people that came on board did internships all ended up with great jobs.
