I'm still very green with the company, but I've been in the industry for a while and Channelworks seems like a great place to work. -Flexibility to work from home -Good pay -Benefit package is pretty good for a company of this size -Company culture seems to be big thing. There are lots of events and perks to keep the staff happy. -There seems to be a lot of opportunity for upward mobility and internal growth.

I'm still very new so there may very well be cons that I am not aware of. The only thing at this moment that I can think of is the benefits not starting on day 1. (Which is fairly common with other companies.)

The work load is not equally shared among other team members.
