Great company to work for. Highly recommend.

Days start very early in the morning.

I would say just the fact if you can get a decent route you can go home as soon as your done.

Lack of communication. Management smiles in your face but plot on your downfall. They only hear and see numbers other then that don't expect much from this company. Turnover is tremendously high and if they can cut cost they will. So beware of this company and their ethics they don't line up.
