Communication sorely lacking. After the initial introduction, 2 shadowing days, OSHA10 cert and ChargePoint Cert.......Crickets. After numerous emails asking for next steps from the Field Services Manager, no reply has been made for two weeks. Structure is non-existent whether it be training or shadowing. Most companies would have a formal training format (not just the first week intro) with a training path for on-boarding. No communication or reaching out from the current employees during the shadow phase. I had to reach out to them. Shadowing is haphazard at best. It isn't the employees fault. They were not taught to bring hew hires along.
