This team operates in a highly toxic, high-pressure environment with unrealistic expectations and little regard for work-life balance. There is a consistent culture of fear tied to performance and metrics.
Management over this team often relies on intimidation rather than support, with frequent micromanagement and a tendency to undermine even strong, experienced recruiters. Performance improvement plans are HEAVILY normalized which contributes to a constant sense of instability.
Turnover is extremely high year over year, with many strong employees leaving or being pushed out due to the environment and leadership style. Overall, it is not a team I would EVER recommend working for.
