      I have loved working here. I feel very supported, everyone has been available and helpful as I’ve started my role since early spring 2024. I love sharing our product with community teams and feel connected to the mission in that way. Appreciate the autonomy I get as well as working towards KPIs.

      I’ve seen some internal processes need attention, but felt they have been addressed or at least discussed with openness. I would like to see us address sick time and PTO benefits.

      From all I’ve seen, the upper management does not prioritize clients, rather profit. If you are an engineer, I would not recommend joining Charlie Health in its current state. That may change down the line, but my experience was volatile and absurdly incompetent from upper leadership. Engineers are not prioritized and frankly seen as disposable. Deep down at Charlie Health there is a great company, and it could one day be a great place to work. But dear lord they need to get their act together first- don’t get caught in the crossfire.
