About 2 people leave each week, and that's been the case for over a year now. Company has lost most of its talent and doesn't do anything to retain them. Not a good place to learn because there's no mentorship. Leadership doesn't communicate what's going on or what they are thinking or give any direction of where they want product and company to go. They don't acknowledge why so many people are leaving. Employees leave because there's no room for growth. Everyone is extremely demotivated. Culture used to be good but not anymore. Company is good at hiring talent but bad at retaining it. Some people have left in as short as 5 months.
