The owners & team leads are racist towards the Hispanics employed, they talk to everyone in a condescending way, diminutive while directing to employees every single time. They are fairly new company and don't have everything together yet they don't value their employees efforts. The team leads would take your ideas and present them as theirs. Their is no growth in this company unless you are one of their little friends outside of work. You don't take lunch that's why everyone is salary, work 9hrs get reported paid of 8hrs only. You can not speak Spanish since the y can't understand and assume it's about them. You don't have sick days, and everyone is overworked doing multiple positions until they get the company more stable.

Great office, modern approach to Clinical Research. There a few of genuine people that care and look out for you. The patients are great. Health Insurance and 401k.

Advancement opportunities may significantly correlate with one's professional relationships and likeability, rather than being dependent on performance metrics. Be ready to wear multiple hats without any increase in pay.
