The people are all talented and motivated. It's not a startup but there are so many opportunities to work on new ideas and really feel ownership in your role. The company is growing and pursuing a number or new and exciting verticals, which make each day interesting to come to work.

Not so much a con for the company as much as life working remote. The company really respects the work/life balance for many of the team who do work remote. However, sometimes I miss the in-person or in-office relationships and conversations.

The key pros is CUP being a remote environment and a fast growing company.

Frequent changing in commission structure and role responsibilities. Leadership cares more about performance than culture.
