When comparing salaries of employees at JPMorgan Chase and other firms in the industry, it seems that employees at JPMorgan get paid a salary that is on the lower end. The firm tends to value the "corporate puppet," or the lemmings of the organization when considering promotions and advancement. It seems that an employee can sometimes "yes" their way up this corporate ladder, as well. The firm is also lacking programs to promote career advancement for people who are truly interested in broadening their horizons.
