Invasive micromanagement is practiced as a state of the arts process at Chase. Incompetent and self-indulgent district and regional managers and VP's will be on your back all the time. Lousy compensation - don't believe what they tell you.. Sick days need to be scheduled in advance. Who thought this one up? Lousy benefits. Everyone lies to you and promises a lot but deliver only criticism. Nothing is ever good enough for any of the managers. They put you down every chance they get. They expect you to lie to the customers and cheat them at every opportunity with services that customers dont need. The fat cats at the top only think of their own pockets and damn the government and the public.If you want a career - stay away. You will learn nothing except how to lie with a smile.
