Great Company - Recensione dipendente - Personal Banker presso Chase

I am unfortunate in that I have a manager who has no previous management experience and is learning as he goes on our team. I feel that if I had a more supportive management team it would be a great place to work. Unfortunately, my manager, as well as, upper management don't truly care about us as individuals. Its all about the numbers.
