      The amount of work you do varies a lot, your basically a glorified teller with some account maintenance duties ( like doing wires, changing an account name ,converting an account, etc ) . Deeper stuff you can't do till your a relationship banker which can be hard to get

      Low pay given how wealthy the company is. Imagine making 21 a hour in 2025, pretty pathetic. And i did apply for a relationship banker role after 2 years was rejected
