There are SO many times you will answer a ticket and not get paid for it. You will get paused for no reason and lose out on so much money. There are never any team leads on Slack to answer your question so you are left to skip those tickets and make no money. It is NOT worth it.

Seeking assistance on Slack rarely yields timely responses, and you may even face repercussions for taking actions to resolve tickets. The compensation is subpar, and competition for work on the platform is fierce. Moreover, if previous experts have provided incorrect information to customers and you're left dealing with the aftermath, you bear the consequences. The provided guidance documentation is seldom helpful when team leads are unavailable on Slack. It's common to encounter customers who are disgruntled due to company policies, yet you're expected to shoulder the burden. Unfortunately, instead of working with experienced experts to address issues, the company tends to replace them with new hires. There are numerous technical issues with the platform, leading to instances where tickets go unpaid multiple times a day. Lastly, attempting to get in touch with the company for clarification or assistance with questions is incredibly challenging.
