Upper management just doesn't care about the employees anymore. It's sad. The guests have gotten even more rude, just when we thought it wasn't possible. Communication is lacking almost entirely, nobody is on the same page. A lot of employees only get minimum wage, which is significantly less in comparison to the work that they are putting up.
