We recently made a lot of changes in sales management which has helped improve a lot of those issues you faced. We did implement Sexual Harassment training for all employees and we take these issues very seriously. Our HR Director is keenly aware to keep their ears to the ground and report even a hint of an issue to me. We value every single one of our employees and always want to provide a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.
