Chatter definitely practices what they preach when it comes to their offer as an employer. The culture is very inclusive, very team-oriented and just generally very positive. There is a family-feel to the team that stands out above other places I have worked but it doesn't feel forced like a lot of places. The agency works with fantastic clients and has continuous ambitions to do so. It provides a flexible working environment across the whole team, whether you're a junior member of staff or senior - everyone is entitled to this flexibility. They strive to offer a working environment with a difference. We have a very cool office within a 10 minute walk of Leeds city centre and LOTS of treats provided, from fresh bread every day through to some pretty awesome socials!

Without nit-picking there aren't a great deal of cons. I would say that as much as we are inclusive and very welcoming of everyone who joins, there is a strong culture at Chatter that might not be everyone's cup of tea - we're not the quietest bunch put it that way. But we'd always do our best to help anyone fit in here!!

• The people are absolutely awesome • Flexibility is amazing • Everyone is clearly passionate about their work • Some amazing clients and great opportunities to do something cool

Svantaggi

• WFH and flexibility model can get a bit messy with people working at all hours of the day/night • Work loads are immense • Salary is meh, would prefer a better salary over a bonus • General chaos and stress, daily

Thanks so much for taking the time to feedback. It's always great to hear the positive stuff about our people and the work we get involved in. Agency life as we all know is 'full on' and we all know the challenges that comes with working in the service sector sometimes, coupled with a particularly challenging market right now, so it's all hands to the pump. We do try to mitigate this with more flex and other benefits, whilst trying to balance it commercially. Feedback is a gift as they say, so feel free to speak to one of the partners, to chat further about your advice to management. We'd love to hear your thoughts.
