Chattermill is a fantastic company to work for, we all get exposure to different aspects of the business and everyones opinion is valid - we feel like we can really influence the way we grow! You get given a lot of responsibility and there are great managers who push / motivate you to really achieve your best. The people at Chattermill are smart, on-the-ball and theres a great collaborative effort as we all love what we do. We have socials regularly and people look out for each other - employee welfare is taken seriously and in true startup style we have flexible working and a great modern office. Personally I love my job and enjoy the problem solving aspects it presents. I'm very excited about where the company is heading and there are opportunities for progression regularly so you can grow with the business.

Not really a con but theres ALWAYS something to do so its easy to fall into the trap of never stopping. Luckily managers are always making sure we keep that home-life balance.
