Poor management, no focus on their employees, bad culture - Recensione dipendente - Consultant presso Chaucer

I worked at Chaucer for 1,5 year. During the onboarding process a lot of promises where made with review and promotion rounds to take place at a 6 months basis. In reality, reviews and promotions were frozen for a year and after that pay rises were not higher than 2% across the board. Employees are not evaluated for what they are bringing to the company especially for the internal contribution, salaries are low, there are no training and development opportunities and they are only caring about their employees in theory. When it comes to actions, they are doing nothing. Would not recommend!
