Chaucer is now part of Bip. Definitely things will change but no one knows to which extent. After joining the company, you do interviews with client to join a project. It can be difficult to get a project you like. You need to live in the UK or maybe EU for 5 years to join the company. That's is a significant challenge for international student. This is not their fault as you will fail the security clearance to work with some of their clients like Home Office and the likes.

Thank you for your positive review. I would like to correct one are around living in the UK for 5 years. That is only required if we are considered using people on Government Projects where security clearance has to be applied for and is a UK government requirement not a company requirement. All other projects (about 80%) people need to have right to work in the UK only and there are no minimum time frames to have lived in the UK to work for us.

Company culture, especially in the US is great. Very smart and kind co-workers. Great pay and paid for health insurance.

Svantaggi

The company is rapidly expanding by acquisition and assimilation into parent company, would be great to have greater transparency into upcoming M&A activities and reasonings.

They should pay their people more, to be on par with other larger firms who pay people at a similar level of expertise.
