- Too many meetings, I suggest making them standing up!
- Little communication between departments
- No brand to speak of in the U.S. b/c they've neglected it
- Slow to react or adopt new technology/ tools that could/would help their teams
- Little to no culture in the U.S. Office (the UK office buzzes with productivity, life and young blood -- total opposite in U.S.)
- Layers upon layers of inefficiency-- which they are working on reducing (while killing morale)
- The distinct feeling that some people are just hiding there and "getting by"
- Don't expect a laptop or even a stocked stationary shelf.
