The company has no direction, as they make everything up as they go along. There is no HR here, so the Executives do as they please like it's the Wild West. They will sell you on a dream and that they are one big "family", but they take as much as they can from you, and toss you out on the street without a second thought. They don't meet their financial obligations to their employees, nor to the other businesses they work with. The lies and deceit will eventually be their undoing.
