Wearing multiple hats, non-competitive pay, not yet profitable, high female-management turnover, a lot to learn from diverse projects within the company, not everyone is aligned with upper management's mindset.

Core technology platform with huge potential. Company's founders brought inspiring vision for how sustainable technology can be incorporated into products.

Innovative tech platform is unlikely to find success under current leadership. The founding team who carried all the vision has been pushed out by new leadership. Current leadership is motivated to cash out on biotech innovation, but lacks the cohesive direction, experience and strategy to actually get there.
