Excellent work atmosphere, team and leadership roles clearly defined and met. Several opportunities for intergroup relations, concerns or questions addressed promptly.

When the business grew it became difficult to accommodate in-office work (Nature of Sooke Road) resulting in long days when in Office. When Covid happened departures, terminations did not make a lot of sense, Older or at risk? (Stroke 2016 occurred while working at home) staff was fired

As usual, the people are mostly enjoyable to work with and the Victoria office is very nice. There is still a reasonable WLB.

- This org is going through big changes and the culture has been left behind. There is a sense of not so much urgency but desperation, suggesting instability. - The pay is according to the region (Victoria) however Victoria is now at Vancouver levels of COL, meaning very very high, and the pay is far behind. - The organization is still very disorganized, with no clear direction and massive comunication concerns. As a result, edicts are vague and projects are a disaster. - Deep structural tech debt is not addressed.
