Thanks for the feedback. We are committed to creating a transparent and collaborative environment for our team, so I'm saddened you feel this way. Many of the “Cons” listed are extremely negative and not representative of the people, or what it is like to work at Checkfront. We have an incredibly talented team, that works hard every day to build something meaningful.
With that said, we are absolutely imperfect, and always looking for ways to improve. Going from 12 to 30, to 60 employees adds complexity, gaps in communication and inevitability friction -- to be honest more than I imagined. We misstep along the way, and likely fail to say thank-you enough. But I'm very proud of our team, their efforts, and achievements against many odds.
We set goals that seem unobtainable. Sometimes we exceed them, sometimes we fall awfully short. But this is what we do, and this is what gets many of us up in the morning. Do we get it all right? Hell no. I could write a book.
I am always available for a coffee to discuss both the great things about working at Checkfront, but more importantly and all of the challenges we face and how that impacts YOU -- there will most certainly be more to come. Continued feedback from customers and our employees are critical to our success. If you're up to a more constructive discussion I'd love for you to take me up on that coffee. Anytime.
