With reduction in workfoce (20%) most experience customer service and IT people were either laid-off or left in late 2011. This leaves a mixed group of very competent, experienced managers and workers mixed with low-cost new hires who can't support sales. Mfg. plants try but you can only produce so much with minimal workers. Production always behind so majority of time spent explaining late deliveries. Lack of communication from upper management leaves clients feeling neglected. MBO's convuluted, not achievable and commissions cut without notice negating achievements. Lower pay with a 30% increase in sales???
