      Free food, great receptionist but nothing else is good about the company.

      horrible pay, tolerated racism, rude and neglectful management, no set rules, highest turnover rate in Kanata.

      This is not a review directed towards our company as it mentions "highest turnover rate in Kanata.", which is in a completely different country (Canada to be specific). There is a Check Point Software Technologies, located in Kanata, Canada. We are not saying this is definitely directed at them but is definitely NOT meant for us. Checkpoint Technologies is solely based in the U.S. What is the worst about this review is that it mentions "tolerated racism" which is such a sensitive subject and people reading this but do not realize this review is not meant for us due to the location, now think we condone racism which is farthest from the truth. We are an equal opportunity company and truly appreciate diversity. We have tried to flag and explain the fact that there are other companies with very similar names to Checkpoint Technologies that are located elsewhere to Glassdoor and they have yet to be able to recognize that most of these reviews are not meant for my company, Checkpoint Technologies, based in Florida, U.S.

      Everyone from the CEO down are ethical and hard working. The CEO thrives on making sure that the employees have a good work / life balance. Everyone is very approachable and they will go out of their way to help when required.

      Nothing specific... maybe the offices could have been located facing the beach in Clearwater!

      The employers (owners/leadership) truly want everyone to succeed at their professional and personal goals. They have no problem spending money to assist their employees, which they treat like family. It is great to have your employers sincerely care about you and your family’s well-being.

      I know in other reviews, micromanagement has been mentioned. I guess when you are spending money on people and things are not getting done, you are going to get involved more. Like all organizations, there are pros and cons. All employers expect their employees to produce and live up to their true capabilities. For those that do not produce and/or understand the challenges in running a company, I can see how you would feel the cons outweigh the pros when discussing Checkpoint Technologies.
