The employers (owners/leadership) truly want everyone to succeed at their professional and personal goals. They have no problem spending money to assist their employees, which they treat like family. It is great to have your employers sincerely care about you and your family’s well-being.

I know in other reviews, micromanagement has been mentioned. I guess when you are spending money on people and things are not getting done, you are going to get involved more. Like all organizations, there are pros and cons. All employers expect their employees to produce and live up to their true capabilities. For those that do not produce and/or understand the challenges in running a company, I can see how you would feel the cons outweigh the pros when discussing Checkpoint Technologies.

Family oriented firm with multiple clients across the U.S. and growing on a monthly basis. Definite room for advancement and unlimited earning potential, generous healthcare package. President is a leader in the QA industry and very well respected in the community.

Cons are limited, but for some working for a non Fortune 1000 company might be a difference in culture and take some getting used to.
