Management does care, some will play favorites, but the district manager is amazing and will vouch for you as long as you’re doing what you should be and being respectful. the managers want you to make money so they prioritize proper training, teaching upsell tricks, and won’t be sitting in the office at all during a rush. they will help out, run food, greet tables, etc. Tips depended on the time of year and the section. there were some months i remember making around 5k including my hourly. and others barely hitting 2200, but again slow season you lose hours. i called off a handful of times and would get the bad sections everytime i came back. you can make good money here if you’re dedicated to the position, flip tables, upsell, especially when it starts to get busier

Like every restaurant, some catty behavior. Unfair hours if there was gossip going on- stay out of drama and do your job.
