      The work life balance compared to other agencies. Bonuses and increments are another plus as well. Also, the people you get to meet and work with are the best part of this company without a doubt.

      The lack of growth and career opportunities within the company as well as the lack of support from management. Often no consideration for employees well-being. No flexibility to work from home and a very strict check in and check out system.
