They take very good care of their employees. Each person of the management is very approachable. Chelsoft Solution has a very good knack of identifying the strengths of their employees and providing opportunities that match their strengths. The marketing is very strong and they have a very strong network of well established clients. I have been working here for more than 3.5 years now and have loved every bit of it. It is notable that in the last 3.5 years, I have not been on bench for even 1 day i.e. They always placed me on a new project even before the preceding one ended. Thanks for taking care of us.
