Could have had more fun and more money

-Generally chill, hybrid and flexible -Supports changing life circumstances -People there are nice and good to work with. Seniors have lots of experience and so good opportunity to learn esp for Juniors.

-not competitive pay -no clear way to move up or career path. -have to stay on top of management for a career planning meetings -won't even announce if a employee departs despite over 6yrs of working there
