Most of the non-managerial staff are nice and easy to get on with.

Within production, they tend to hire people who are overqualified for the position and then proceed to treat them as thought they lack brain cells. If you don't have a Ph.D., don't expect to be treated as an intellectual. They're constantly saying how important the Ops team is to the company, and then pay them disgustingly low wages. They don't care about the well-being of their staff in the slightest. While they claim that safety is paramount, their actions show otherwise. They still think they're a start-up, when they're not. As a result, they still expect everyone to have the start-up mentality and willingness to go above and beyond with no real benefit to anyone but the C-suite. Honestly, I can't advise against joining them enough.

Disgraceful HR 'team' with little to no actual experience or training Blatant favouritism for PhD holders If you have an opinion on how to improve something, it is unwanted Hard work mostly unrecognised, and employees at the same level are held to different standards Pay is abysmal Majority of managers are entitled and rude COO turnover rate is mental Future plans/projections are based on absolutely nothing Do not expect career progression or actual accredited training courses
