Most people are very self-sufficient and keep their office doors closed throughout the day. Teamwork is lacking.

Lots of freedom to persue job in your own way, ability to focus on projects/tasks that most interest you. Excellent work-life balance, personal issues definitely come first!

Very difficult to have colleagues commit to action that is beneficial for the group. Far to easy to be an underperformer and coast without involvement from management.
